The Institute of Veterans Education and Training (IVET) is a 501(c)3 LLC non-profit organization that educates and places healthy and wounded veterans, reservists, national guardsmen, and their spouses into valuable employment opportunities. Additionally we communicate with employers, educators, and local communities to assure quality employment candidates, valuable career paths, continuing education programs, work life family balance options, and promote overall success as they transition from military service. The IVET team bridges known gaps associated with veteran transition by connecting troops to Main Street USA opportunities via virtual and physical 24/7/365-day availability of cost-effective and innovative options to assist the veteran and also meet employer needs. The organization works with providers to collaborate pinpoint solutions with local employment providers, counselors, educators, and placement firms. A key part of this effort is providing effective communication with existing influential business infrastructures (organizations) located in all states, Washington, DC and U.S. territories. IVET’s unique umbrella organization increases job opportunities & placements, achieves a better fit and completion rate for education programs, establishes a long-term retention rate at work, provides success-oriented life management programs, and promotes expansive communications.
