About Ivey Community Consulting Project
The Ivey Community Consulting Project (ICCP) is Ivey's Business School's flagship pro bono consulting program, in partnership with Accenture. We match Ivey students with non-profit organizations across Canada to undertake social impact consulting projects. ICCP advises NPOs on their most pressing, strategic business issues. We make recommendations on how to best position your organization for long-term success, rather than provide short-term tactical support. In the past, we have worked with organizations on a number of strategic initiatives including: Creating a three-year sustainability plan covering funding, services, and operations Developing marketing strategies to increase attendance and proceeds at an event Conducting a capital spend analysis to analyze buy vs. lease options These projects are completed over ten weeks beginning in September and ending in early December. At the end of the project, student teams present their findings in a report or presentation outlining specific recommendations addressing the business issues. Throughout the project, student teams are guided in their research, analysis, and presentation by consultants from global management consulting firm Accenture.
