We are local, family owned corporation thats been in business for over 40 years. Founded by my father Joseph Myers. We build new single family and multi family homes in York, Adams, and Franklin County PA. We are licensed to do busines in MD as well. We have several communities and build "offsite" as well. Meaning if you have land we will build on it for you. We offer full service from start to finish. We have a one year builder warranty, 12 year structural warranty as well as all the manufacturers warranties that come with the products we build the homes with. More importantly we offer choices. When you come to us we offer customization at a price competitive with tract home builders. We have over 50 floor plans and thousands of options to choose from.
