With over 29 years of Government service, I provide consulting services for Government and private sector clients. I bring decades of expertise in law enforcement, emergency management, and security to bear for your agency or company. During more than 25 years of Federal law enforcement experience, I gained expertise in the investigation of Federal law, with particular focus on the investigation of violations of the Federal firearms laws. This expertise includes the supervision of complex investigations, risk analysis and management, and the application of forensic techniques to firearms evidence. I possess policy and practical expertise in the coordination of resources during emergencies and disasters. These skills can provide the knowledge to provide you with realistic planning solutions to prepare your agency or company for worst-case emergency and disaster situations. Policies can be ICS compliant when applicable or tailored to your particular environment. These policies include continuity of operations and devolution planning so that your company or agency can continue its mission during critical incidents. I have extensive experience in policy development, formulation, and implementation at the local, regional, and national level. I can provide policy analysis to your existing policies to improve processes and promote effectiveness and efficiency.
