About J&C Consulting

J&C Consulting was formed by two female industrial engineers dedicated to paying it forward to businesses in Western New York. After COVID-19 infiltrated the lives of those around the world, we started brainstorming ways we could provide relief to our community. We understand how the pandemic has negatively impacted small to medium sized businesses across the country, as they have been forced to close down due to strict regulations. Simultaneously, large retailers are able to keep their doors open and capitalize on the regulations. From restaurants to cafes to boutiques and salons, it seems all industries have been impacted. This sparked the decision to use our education and experience to form a continuous improvement consulting company aimed to help small to medium sized businesses optimize their current resources in order to ensure their business continues operations during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our skillset is composed of understanding relationships in the workplace, the reality of the industry and knowing when to apply data based tools to achieve measurable results. This combination of data analytics, industry knowledge and profit maximizing methods makes for a powerful partnership. Juliana excels at detailed analysis, pinpointing bottlenecks and extracting non-value added processes. Courtney is proficient in articulating the vision for the future direction of your company and outlining the actions necessary to ensure the success of your business.
