We are a company that contributes to the success of any type of organization through training programs that identify the abilities and capacities of individual members and stimulate their growth and development. We are a team of professionals with a thorough understanding of Latin/Hispanic culture and are therefore capable of working with and utilizing the capacities found within the Hispanic culture in order to enable individuals to successfully adapt to American culture. We are committed to the success of businesses established by the Latin/Hispanic population in the United States. Upon the enthusiasm and passion of the Latin culture, we seek to add the positive attitude of American business culture. Success in business cannot be realized without an understanding of the social, economic and political components of American society. Our training programs have consistently been effective in achieving Positive Changes in Attitude (PCA). These changes are a unique characteristic of our training programs. We are different from other programs that emphasize animation in their work and dress their presentations with lights and music…..Hollywood style. We agree that modern presentation techniques are important, but only as a means to help participants internalize the empowering principles taught in our programs. Our Programs are highly reflective and focus upon the heart of the matter: our inner being. It is inside each of us where our successes or failures originate and develop. Our methodology is interactive, reflective and participative, and therefore allows us to identify the different capacities and potentials of the individual participants of our training programs. Following the identification of their personal abilities and capacities, the participants are invited to establish an individualized goal program to further realize and develop these virtues.
