Rigging Services: With 25 years of rigging experience, specializing in blow molding and injection equipment, we can provide skilled riggers to handle all your rigging needs. J&G will supply all the equipment necessary to complete the job. We can also offer onsite advice and supervision of rigging projects. Machinery Crating: With 15 years of machinery crating experience we can provide services that include crating of simple parts to complete lines. With our experience, we can handle any crating aspect to include working with the customer’s schedules for shipping and transportation (state to state or overseas) and providing the proper lumber and materials required for overseas regulations. J&G offers shrink wrapping / poly wrap services. The use of 8mm poly wrap will help ensure parts and machinery are properly protected from the elements. Fabrication/Welding: We offer steel fabrication of platforms, platform add-ons, extruder base risers, wheel stands, structures and any other application. We have State Certified Welders. Machine Installation / Relocation: J&G specializes in installation of blow molding (wheel and shuttle) machines and injection molding machines. We offer machine layout, rigging and assembly or complete line relocation and setup. Machine Maintenance Services / Rebuild: J&G provides machine maintenance and emergency service for many industries. With this service we offer quick turn around on installation of new gearboxes, screw & barrel changes, flow head and melt pipe upgrades and spool swaps to name a few. .
