J&H Commercial, formerly known as J&H Air Conditioning, has become a recognisable and trustworthy brand for its Newcastle, Upper Hunter, Hunter Valley and Maitland based clientele. J&H Commercial specialise in the repair and installation of mechanical engineering, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) as well as Electrical and Catering requirements. From preventative maintenance programs and building management systems to retrofits and large installation projects, J&H Commercial works closely with its customers to design and develop energy efficient, cost effective and sustainable installations and maintenance regimes. Realising the potential for growth in Maitland and having the drive to meet that demand, J&H Commercial are now based in Spitfire Place, in the Rutherford Industrial Area. J&H Commercial employ a team of excellent technicians and administration staff. Each individual lives locally and all take pride in serving customers, with exceptional will to assist each and every day. The team at J&H Commercial enjoy forming working relationships with their customers, both new and old, taking great satisfaction in knowing that the product supplied is locally sourced and therefore of benefit to all parties.
