J. K. Wagner & Company, Inc. is a landscape architecture firm, founded in the 1970s, providing historical and cultural land use research and analysis services for site development, archeological, environmental, and land development projects, as well as litigation research. We also provide landscape design and site planning for projects that range from urban residential, small commercial and school sites to rural land use analysis and planning for farm and ranch properties. Our work also includes historic preservation projects such as the research and site analysis for the Old Sixth Ward designation to the National Register of Historic Places. JANET K. WAGNER - PRINCIPAL and CEO Since the company's inception, Janet K. Wagner has taken a personal roll in all projects. She began providing services through the use of historic mapping analysis processes and computer data management systems for historical and cultural land use during the 1980s for various environmental projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
