One-on-one personalized treatment addresses your unique challenges and gives you the tools to build your best life. We specialize in treating anxiety and stress, depression, identity development, and trauma. Rooted in our collective decades of experience working in medical training institutions, clinics, and VA hospitals, we use our knowledge of cutting-edge research and best practices in mental health to help you recover and thrive. We have designed a safe space for individuals, children, couples, and families to heal old wounds and reach for opportunities At J&L Psychology we take seriously the art of Kintsugi: When it seems all in your world has shattered beyond repair, we help you locate and cherish those pieces, fitting them together to create a stronger, more resilient you. Lining the cracks with a bonding material fashioned of curiosity, trust, and resolve, we believe each person not only can rebuild what's broken, but in the process generate something new and beautiful from what emerges. We are currently offering telehealth to residents of New York, Connecticut and Florida, and will begin to offer sessions in our Manhattan office when it is safe to return to in-person care.
