Previously Jeremy was the Group Managing Director of a large global company with 19 subsidiaries in 18 countries. The customer base extended to over 120 countries across Europe, Africa, Mid East, central Eastern Europe, Far East, Australasia, North and South America. Prior to this he held a number of management positions in a major International Corporation. Jeremy has extensive experience of international trade and business relations covering import, export and developing business partnerships as subsidiaries, distributors, franchises, licensees and commission agents. Jeremy can add value to a business or investor looking to expand nationally or internationally. This could be business growth, turnaround advice or preparation for merger or acquisition. A mechanical engineer by training, Jeremy can engage at all levels and disciplines, technical, commercial and financial. His involvement can be as a consultant charged per day, project management or as non-executive director and he has served on a number of company boards in numerous countries. Jeremy has built and developed teams and companies for over 20 years crossing multiple countries and cultures. He is experienced in developing organisational structures, performance management and succession planning at board and management level. Jeremy's style is flexible and personable and he very much likes to work with the people in a business. It is ultimately the people in any company that will deliver the results. He is happy to work with companies of all sizes from start-ups to established business. Based near Exeter England and Jeremy is willing to travel nationally and internationally as required.
