I have consistently delivered high quality projects managing the relationship between outsource partners and in-house resources resulting in successful implementations. I have delivered complex B2B e-commerce projects across Europe, one of which was widely recognised as being outstanding by the Information Management Awards. My management style is one of empowerment that nurtures a creative environment allowing all staff members to successfully participate in the change management processes. I have managed teams who support, maintain and develop which produce revenue in excess of $1.7 Billion per annum.
