J.R.S. and Associates' aims to identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue opportunities, protect, and enhance assets, while also ensuring accuracy and efficiency. We serve owners, operators, and property managers with individualized support: • When providers are pushing for new no-rent installations. • When providers are asking for new rooftop and/or tower installations. • When looking to expand tenant amenity offerings through enhanced telecommunication services/DAS systems. • When needing to keep current on all providers servicing their asset, and compliance of corresponding license agreement terms. • When telecommunication providers and/or their contractors arrive unannounced to access their equipment. We will halt unannounced lobby visits, project manage telecommunications installations, verify leases and implement the terms thereof, initiate new leases for telecommunications providers without, and importantly, manage monthly rent collections (including power usage) . J.R.S and Associates is also experienced in cellular rooftop and/or tower installations as well as the demand and options for DAS Systems.
