About JA Consulting
JA Consulting Limited is a passionate change consultancy focussing on sales and business transformation. We particularly focus on the "people" aspects of change management. We’ve helped out with a very wide range of business challenges including, facilitating organisational change, leading problem programs out of trouble, and energising sales transformations. And we try to make it really easy to do business with us. As a result have worked with many FTSE 100 Companies, large multinationals, small businesses, Government Departments and charities. All of our people have been there and done it. All have held senior positions in significant organisations. We mainly, but not exclusively, work in Professional Services, Infrastructure, Defence and many other industry sectors. We believe that change requires the organisation themselves to buy-into and drive the activity, and whilst we recognise that most organisations benefit from a bit of a helping hand from outside agencies such as ourselves, we also believe strongly that the change has to feel like it comes from within. That means that we always work hard to engage with the senior leadership team of the organisation whichever industry we work in. Making organisations self-sufficient and resilient to operate without us, rather than create a long term dependency on our services, is part of our raison d’etre. That means when we have developed blueprints and implementation plans, we equip organisations with skills and actions to do the implementation themselves although we are often retained as a helping, and challenging, support alongside to maintain momentum.
