Jacob’s Ladder Therapies is a culturally responsive group practice dedicated to supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of children, teens, young adults, families, and educators. We provide evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy through individual, family, and couples sessions—offered both in-person in the Bay Area and virtually across California, Massachusetts, Indiana & New Jersey. Our clinicians specialize in: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Play Therapy Somatic & Integrative Approaches In addition to clinical services, Jacob’s Ladder partners with schools to provide comprehensive Tier 1, 2, and 3 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) supports—ranging from universal classroom workshops and SEL assemblies to targeted groups and individualized therapy for students. We are also proud to offer our “Watering the Roots: Teacher Wellness” program, a holistic initiative that supports educator mental health through therapy, coaching, and professional development—fostering resilience and reducing burnout among school staff.
