About Jade Liu

Based in New York City, Jade Liu is a certified practitioner of the Holistic Healing Arts and has been using Vibrational Medicine as an alternative method to help manage her own personal medical issues for over a decade. Jade was diagnosed in the mid 90's with severe rheumatoid arthritis and chronic digestive issues. After two years of traditional western medicine, she began experiencing severe chronic reactions from the side effects and decided to expore alternative ways to manage her chronic ailments. Through a daily routine of practice she now maintains an active, vibrant and healthy lifestyle. From the wellspring of her own knowledge and experience Jade has designed a method of exercise named "Jade-Therapy" which combines Breathwork (pranayama), Movement (yoga and qigong) and Sound Healing (toning, mantras), to balance to the energies of the chakras and bring the body and mind in to harmony. Jade coaches individuals an d groups, in professional settings or in the privacy of your own home, throughout Manhattan. She is also available for travel session with groups and conferences throughout the US mainland.
