Jadran Tuna was founded in 1997, with headquarters in the Biograd na Moru industrial zone. We have the most modern system for freezing small blue fish IQF -CO2 at -48˚C. The cold store has a capacity of 3,000 tons. Beside that we also have cold store -60 ˚C for tuna capacity of 200 tons which guarantees superfrozen product with all the quality, taste and texture of our tunas and enables the highest quality standard for products for the sushi and sashimi market. The tuna farm is located 7 Nm from the logistics center and has a production capacity of 1760 t. It is registered with ICCAT under number ATEU1HRV00008. Jadran Tuna is owned by fishing families who represent the tradition and history of Croatian fishing. The company owns fishing vessels, logistics vessels and farm service vessels.
