The firm’s principals, Marcie Jaeger and Layne Kottmeier, have over sixty years of combined experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Ms. Jaeger is an experienced, court-appointed receiver specializing in real estate development and construction. She has extensive experience with construction defects as well as sales and management experience in both the commercial and residential markets. Ms. Kottmeier is a Certified Public Accountant and holds certifications in business valuation and financial forensics. In addition to her valuation and forensic accounting experience, she has served in a senior financial management capacity for several real estate development and management companies.
