All leather sourced at Jafferjee & Co. comes from LWG and ISO certified tanneries that meet all international standards of quality, waste management and environmental sustainability compliances. The skins/hides of the animals (mainly cow and buffalo) are sourced from prestigious abattoirs that follow the international regulations of animal rights and are not exposed to animal cruelty. We do not use leather made from exotic skins and/or of endangered species. All leather is treated using certified chemicals and tanning materials that are not harmful to the human skin and animals.
