About Jakom Shafts & Rollers

Jakom is specialized in turning Shafts and Rollers. We produce small thin shafts like pump shafts but also long propeller shafts with a flange and a length of 23 meter. Other type of products we make are for example intermediate shafts, piston rods, rollers and hydraulic cilinder rods. We are used to work with all different kinds of material types like steel, stainless steel but also titanium or aluminium. A lot of societies in Europe and all over the world from different industries trust on our specialism. We are active in the food industrie, maritime and offshore, mining, building, paper, hydaulics, water, energie, machine building, agriculture, chemical and recycling industrie. Other in house activities: Deephole drilling up to 18 meters Shaft straightening Dynamically balancing Certified UP-welding Within our network of material suppliers (forged and castings as well) we handle the material purchasing, but also coatings like Chrome-plating, Nickel-plating and Ceramic-plating. Jakom works with the well know Classification Societies such as ABS, DNV-GL, BV, Lloyds Register, CCS and PRS. Jakom is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.
