About Jam SCssion at USC
Founded in August 2023, Jam SCssion is a student-run, casual music organization at the University of Southern California. Our mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive community where USC students can come together to share their love for music. We aim to foster an environment where the members collaborate, experiment, and create music in a supportive and low-pressure setting. We believe that the best way to make friends is by playing music together, and we invite all students who have a passion for music, regardless of their skill level, to join us in making lasting memories and connections through the universal language of music. We offer our members casual band experiences by forming groups of any size. During our general meetings, all groups are encouraged to showcase their productions — whether it is a music video, a simple recording, or a live performance.
