About James Cromie Media

After moving to Sydney in 2017 I was finally able to graduate from bedroom rocker to small time gigging guitarist! With this came the purchase of my first camera and the beginning of my journey to create James Cromie Media. As I played more gigs with a variety of different duos, trios and bands, my interest in photography and videography grew along with my arsenal of equipment. Before long I found myself in a position to provide other bands with high quality photos and videos that they could use to promote their music and get themselves into better venues. My goal with James Cromie Media is to produce high quality captures of live performance either on stage or in the studio that can be used to further your career as a live artist. I have used my relatively unique, combined experience as a chartered accountant and gigging guitarist to come up with a product that I believe makes financial sense and serves the purpose of pushing you to better remuneration for your music. It’s always about the music and your passion first, but at the end of the day musicians need to eat too!
