Responding to the changing market landscape and catering not only for the rapidly growing number and widespread geography of architects and designers within its customer base but also the increase in specification contracts from both the commercial and residential sectors, the business has adopted a digital-first communication strategy, including an award winning digital showroom platform, showcasing over 1,400 products in Hi-Res 3D render. The business also has a successful acquisition model, having invested in both new product categories (Dresser Mouldings) and new Territories (James Latham Ireland) in recent years. James Latham's commitment to environmental best practice is paramount and remains at the core of its business strategy. The company will only source materials from suppliers who are operating within the laws of their own country. The company is also a member and supporter of the TDUK, the Timber Trade Federation and was the first signatory to the Federation's Responsible Purchasing Policy.
