Based in the delightful village of Sherston, the company primarily covers the Cotswolds and the Counties of Wiltshire & Gloucestershire. James is a second generation estate agent, having followed in the footsteps of his late father who acted for many clients in Painswick, Stroud and the surrounding Gloucestershire villages for well over 30 years for both Lear & Lear and his own company A. R Pyle & Co. For the past 25 years or more, James has been integrally involved with some of the best independent agents in the UK and has personally established and managed offices in Stroud, Malmesbury and others across the Cotswolds and Wiltshire where he is well known to many. His determination to succeed and to provide a first class service to all his clients has been at the forefront of his business ethics. Samantha has been Estate Secretary at Charlton Park Estate near Malmesbury for the past 12 years and will continue in her role looking after the estate on behalf of the Earl and Countess of Suffolk & Berkshire. However, her invaluable expertise in residential and commercial lettings will be a great asset to the company as well as providing additional support in many areas wherever necessary. Moving is a busy and exciting time and we are here to make sure the experience goes as smoothly as possible by giving you all the help you need under one roof.
