She proved herself wrong in the summer of 2016, the birth of Jamie's Bakery began with her first successful batch of gluten-free vegan cookies. Jamie developed many more delicious desserts such as doughnuts, pies, Filipino favorites, and cakes, all made from scratch. She used the early era of the pandemic to her advantage by registering her home-based bakery to share her confectionaries with the Las Vegas community.
