I love to help founders and givers make and give more. As entrepreneur I made millions, and gave them away as philanthropist. Now I share what works and what doesn’t to create more impact. Based in beautiful Perth, I empower entrepreneurs, social businesses, and positive impact organizations to be better, make more and give more. Passionate about innovating and adapting sustainable business models, I identify actionable revenue ideas and process optimizations. With a no-nonsense approach, I find practical solutions for real impact beyond cosmetics. I bring a wealth of experience as a seasoned startup founder, adept company builder, and team enabler with numerous successful exits. I acted as CEO, COO, Managing Director, Board Member, Advisor and Investor in e-Commerce, food delivery, electric mobility, social enterprises, and charitable organizations. Since 2008, I founded, led, and sold multiple companies which raised USD10+ million, exited for USD100M+, and employed 250+ staff reaching out to millions of customers in Southeast Asia. In the process, I was actively involved in acquisition, merger, and management of multiple companies to create an ecommerce and food delivery group stretching from Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, Indonesia, Philippines to Vietnam. In 2015, I founded Croeni Charity with the mission to create happier, healthier lives for both humans and animals. As its founder and Principal, I understand the needs and wants of philanthropists, social enterprises, and charities, how to find or initiate worthwhile projects, measure impact meaningful and do good better. Since 2015, I have donated a significant portion of my wealth to support social entrepreneurs, scientific research, and conservation efforts, including rainforests, orangutans, and endangered species. Together with leading NGOs and charities, we raised close to 10 million in funds benefiting 45+ NGOs, 500+ social enterprises and individuals.
