With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has worked in sales and marketing for major hotel chains such as Sheraton, Hilton and Conrad in the UK, Middle East, and Mexico. After spending six years with the UK's leading hospitality recruiter, Jan set up her own thriving and successful recruitment business over 20 years ago, which specialises in the London, domestic, and international markets. The Jan Etherington Consultancy (JEC) has been a leading recruitment agency in the country for many years, providing recruitment solutions for clients seeking employees and individuals seeking positions. We work closely with our clients to fully understand their needs and provide them with personalised care and attention to detail, ensuring measurable results every time Our success has taken us from Glasgow to Dubai, the Maldives and, most recently, Barbados, while still retaining our London specialism. We have completed assignments for international hotel chains, small privately owned hotels, venues, event companies and contract caterers.
