About Japan Climate Alliance
Japan Climate Alliance（JCA）は、日本における気候変動の課題解決を目指し非営利セクターで働く人を増やすための人材育成プログラム“Climate Fellows Program”を運営しています。JCA入職後、気候変動や非営利セクターについての概論をインプットした後、実際に国際NGOやシンクタンク等へ出向して1～2年間実務経験を積む、実践型のプログラムです。ジュニアフェロー（大学・大学院卒の20代）と、シニアフェロー（職務経験3年以上で高い専門性を持つ社会人）2つのレイヤーをご用意しています。プログラム卒業後は、引き続き非営利セクターで気候変動の課題解決に向けて本格的にご活躍いただくこととなります。
