Established in 1981, JTM operates throughout the North West from a Head Office and training complex in South Liverpool. JTM has a dedicated team of Occupational Assessors and specialist Functional Skills Tutors. Our Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes provide people with the skills and experience that they will require to take the first steps in a career path. Our work-based training will allow existing employees to build on their experience with JTM’s nationally-recognised qualifications. The Employability and Personal Development Training for the unemployed focuses on the skills required for successful job searching from interview techniques to CV building, as well as confidence-building and financial advice. For employers, JTM offer a free recruitment service to help you find your ideal Apprentice or Trainee, a range of nationally recognised qualifications to deliver to your existing staff, and an opportunity to create an Employability Skills programme to match you company’s recruitment needs.
