We are located just 10 miles over the border, so product travels very quickly. Javid LLC is an Arizona-based company that helps manufacturers benefit from cost-savings and other advantages of manufacturing in Mexico. Javid is a one-stop manufacturing source that specializes in Sheltered Services. The Javid’s Sheltered Program is a secure, “nearshore” outsourcing arrangement that takes full advantage of the United States’ proximity to Mexico and its competitive costs in the industrial sector. It allows manufacturers increased profitability, greater flexibility and greater leverage for innovation and growth. The Javid Group allows Companies to fully control their own production and quality, to benefit from Javid’s associations, knowledge, and experience, all at a smaller investment in physical and human assets. Client companies are “sheltered” from many of the disparities, legal hurdles, risks, and liabilities that typically affect firms that choose to incorporate in Mexico. Under our Sheltered Program, Javid offers its clients, services in the following areas: human resources, payroll and benefits administration, logistics, MRO procurement, environmental and customs compliance, and facilities leasing and property management. Working as a department at Javid, foreign-based manufacturers are able to start up quickly without establishing a legal presence in the Mexico. Under this arrangement, manufacturers send raw materials and supervisory personnel to train and manage workers. Javid performs the non-core functions required to house, staff, and maintain all other functions. The client company maintains control over all areas that affect profitability and sustainability.
