JB CLAIMS provides international debt collection services on commission basis. We undertake collections on behalf of our clients in Asia, Africa and CIS-countries. Our experience in this area, supported by our international network of contacts and agents, means we have the ability to successfully collect debt in most countries of our three main focus regions. JB CLAIMS can rely on the experience of its founders who are both professionally trained lawyers and former members of the Brussels Bar. Our unique strength lies in our combined experience of having lived and worked in African & Asian countries, our global network, as well as a solid background as commercial and business lawyers in Europe. We aim to find pragmatic and bespoke solutions, whilst always thinking along with our clients and the business at stake. We also understand that time is essential and strive to achieve results (whether amicable collection, voluntary debt restructuring or launching legal action) in a minimum amount of time. JB CLAIMS serves and works closely with (trade) credit insurers, Export Credit Agencies, government bodies, and various kinds of exporters, from SME’s to multinationals.
