We Build Passive Wealth For Clients Using Property As A Vehicle To Generate Multiple Income Streams JB Properties, a Property Development & Management Group specialised in small to medium size residential property developments: specifically HMO’s in Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke On Trent and London. Our clients are typically cash-rich & time-poor investors who are seeking to invest in the UK property market to grow immediate passive income streams and build long term wealth. We achieve this for our clients via three methods within our HMO investment model. We build passive wealth for clients using property as a vehicle to generate multiple income streams in the form of (1) building in forced equity (by adding value), (2) ongoing cash flow (rent), and (3) appreciation (areas that appreciate in value over time). Our founding partners have achieved this themselves; buying distressed properties with the potential to add value and immediately earn positive cash flow from. Using our expertise, systems, and local teams - We apply the Buy, Refurb, Rent, Re nance then Repeat model with residential & commercial real estate.
