Our 20,000 sq ft facility is located on 10 acres of premium farmland in Thorndale, Ontario, JC Green was founded with the plans to turn into a medical marijuana licensed producer 2016. JC Green is located at the former Lesboro Elementary school which was shut down in 2009. The creation of the state of the art cannabis farm in the former elementary school has gained the attention of the national press due to its unique story. In 2018 The CBC ran a story on the foundation of the new business and the creation of this new industry in rural Ontario. The business has a commitment to providing local jobs to the community and focuses on involving the community in its business practices. Our privately owned business has built its facility through efficient construction practices and differentiates itself from the large corporations through conservative and responsible budgeting and investment. JC Green is cultivating a unique genetics a library with over 139 registered strains. We have selected strains with unique Cannabinoid and Terpene profiles. This will allow us to use this strains for breeding purposes to meet the ever changing needs of both the medical and recreational markets in Canada. We have a strong commitment to plant research and plan to fund further research into the medical effects of the many different compounds within cannabis and their effects on our mental and physical well being. This research will help our team develop new products that can better the lives of our families and friends.
