Our goal is to apply our Global Operations experience and expertise in an array of industries with a variety of process improvement tools to assist Operations Managers, Senior Executives, and Boards in developing and implementing the best strategies to improve their operations. Specific Services : Senior Executive and Board advice - Can range from an occasional phone discussion to on site assessments and report outs with follow-up discussions. Risk assessment and mitigation - Requires on site assessment at all locations covered. Face to face discussions with all levels of the organization are required to determine and prioritize the risks to be addressed. Mitigation involves all levels and all functions participating in team problem solving events. Operational assessment / improvement- On site assessment and report with recommendations. We can also support plan development and implementation if needed. Business Process Improvement - The same tools and approaches apply to business processes such as product development, new product introduction, and planning as apply to operations. Coaching and Mentoring- Coaching and mentoring of executives charged with managing operations (CEOs, SVPs, VP’s, Plant Managers, Business leaders) can be done by phone or on site at your discretion. Incident Investigation- A combination of one on one interviews, site inspection, and team problem solving sessions will be utilized as appropriate. We can lead the investigation in support of your team or we can participate as technical resource to you investigation team. Due Diligence support - Due diligence support of the operations associated with an acquisition can range from the Operations due diligence leader to simply a 3rd party participant. We will not do engineering cost estimates or mineral reserve calculations and the like. These would require additional 3rd party specialists.
