About JCP Engineers

JCP Engineers was established in 1991 in Salisbury as a firm of consulting structural and civil engineers. We are a strong partnership compromising two partners and a team of engineers and technicians. In our first 20 years we have accumulated a considerable breadth of experience in all types of building and engineering works within all the major market sectors, covering all the principal procurement routes and building types. Our projects vary from minor extensions and alterations, to major new building complexes and refurbishment projects, using the most recent developments in materials and construction techniques. We have advised on the repair and restoration of historic buildings, and have worked with some of the country’s best architects on the design of many outstanding modern buildings. We have an open, informal atmosphere in which talks are encouraged to promote a solution focused attitude, creating a positive environment within our project teams. Both the partners are actively involved in the design of our projects. The way in which we work and our experience with providing feasibility and planning enables us at an early stage to make a positive contribution in the design of a project, when engineering input can often help to achieve a practical and cost effective solution. We continue to improve our procedures and investment in a progressive staff training and development programme our aim is to exceed our client’s expectations.
