jdm stands for more than the initials of it's founding partners and brothers Jonathon and Jeremy de Maid, who established the business in 1996. As an independent family run business, the company believes it successfully combines good old fashioned personal service with the benefits of leading-edge technology. What makes us different is our staff, the senior partners of the company, Jonathon and Jeremy de Maid, Richard Piddock and Andrew Bailey are backed up by a team of in the region of 40 dedicated and experienced staff all of whom work with the same ethos that the brothers father Alan de Maid created over 50 years ago. The Bromley Borough is home to most of the companies staff, giving them extensive knowledge of the local area. Their success in this area has allowed them to expand and take their unique brand of estate agency to the Blackheath area. Customer service and professionalism are at the heart of our business, with many of our staff having achieved qualifications from the National Association of Estate Agents and the Guild Association scheme.
