Established in 1997, JDW Architects has grown organically since its inception to its current size of 9 staff. The Practice has a balance of youth and experience and has successfully undertaken over a thousand projects over the last twenty-one years. As a team, we work with enthusiasm and determination to find the right solutions. The commissions we undertake encompass both new build and refurbishment within the residential industrial, commercial and leisure sectors. The practices long-term aim is to provide a high-quality service in a refreshing, rigorous, and commercial way using both traditional skills and innovative design. The starting point for every project is always to allow the brief, the sites historical context and location to inform the approach alongside considerations of sustainability, cost and buildability. This ensures that the solution is intelligent responsive and meets the aspirations of each client.
