JEA Construction Engineering Services, Inc. (JEAces) provides Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to municipal and state clients. JEAces has worked successfully on a wide variety of CEI projects – from small enhancement projects to $110 Million interchange projects. JEAces is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Edmunds, a Florida-based consulting and engineering firm, and was established in July 1999 to focus on providing CEI services to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Every member of JEAces is committed to quality in the constructed product, motorist and worker safety, and partnering with the entire construction team. JEAces offers staff members who are fully certified, CTQP (Construction Training Qualification Program) qualified, and experienced in their field.
