Jeddah Central Markets Company “JCM” is specialized in developing & operating central & wholesale markets in Saudi Arabia, founded in 2006. It was acquired by AWJ Holding Company in 2019 and transformed into a closed joint stock company with a capital of SAR 220 million. JCM’s vision is to be the leading company in developing and operating central markets based on the princple of partnership and cooperation. JCM manages and operates the current fruit and vegetables central market (Halagat Alsafa) and working on the development of its flagship project in Jeddah, which is the new fruit and vegetables central market. Marcazi, our biggest project and the new fruit & vegetables market, covering an area of 40,000 Sq Km, located at the heard of Jeddah city to the Eastern side, serving a high population density area.
