Custom-Tailored All of our educational packages are custom-tailored. In that spirit, we never offer mass marketed courses with generic, one-size-fits-all lesson plans. Eschewing the formulaic approach of other education providers allows Jefferson to offer teaching that leaves students well-prepared to study at top schools. Upon registering, students and their families are interviewed by experienced academic staff, and a preliminary lesson plan is drafted. As the sessions progress, the tutor and academic adviser diligently monitor the student’s improvement, and they make regular adjustments to the lesson plan. Timetables, academic reports, student feedback and parental requests are consolidated centrally - and then communicated to all relevant tutors. For students with learning differences or psychological / psycho-educational issues, we incorporate the clinical feedback and therapies of professional specialists. This holistic approach provides a level of continuity and academic oversight that is unmatched.
