About Jefferson Community Health & Life
Jefferson Community Health & Life is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital serving southeast Nebraska and northeast Kansas. JCH&L offers inpatient, outpatient, and swingbed care; 24-hour emergency services; two family medicine clinics (Fairbury and Plymouth); physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy; cardiac and pulmonary rehab; and a wide variety of outpatient specialty clinics. JCH&L has an attached community wellness center, the Burkley Fitness Center. JCH&L also has an attached long-term care facility, Gardenside long-term care. JCH&L is half owner (along with Bryan Health) of Cedarwood assisted living, which is also located on our campus. JCH&L's Vision is: We will be the most trusted partner for a lifetime of health.
