Jekson Vision has developed a wide range of products for vision inspection that can be integrated in any of Jekson Vision’s own or third-party products. Some of Jekson Vision’s high-quality products include the Tablet Inspection Sorter System, the Slat Inspection, the Tablet Inspection System and the Flat Carton Print and Inspection System. The Tablet Inspection Sorter System ( or TISS) is an off-line or in-line bulk production inspection system that ensures that bulk product is 100% inspected. Next, the Slat Inspection Sorter System is specifically used for optimum bottle filling and product check. The Tablet Inspection System (or TIS) will inspect and reject non-conforming or product on the fly utilizing Jekson Vision’s rejection confirmation technology. The TIS can also be installed on any electronic tablet counter. The SF102R Flat Carton Print and Inspection System, can use cartons of up to 350 mm wide and is capable of speeds up to 175 cartons per minute. The SF102R can be utilized either in-line or off-line, while also having the capabilities of TIJ and laser printing.
