JellyBean Marketing was created by Lisa Newman - a marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Having worked for nine years across a variety of dynamic and challenging roles, Lisa has gained invaluable skills and experience in the marketing, advertising and communications world Though her experience is largely in the tourism and hospitality sector stints at News Ltd and Pacific Magazines have allowed her to build strong relationships and knowledge of the media industry. In May 2013 Lisa made the switch from working full-time for Australia's largest non-gaming pub group "Open Door Pub Co" to running her own business "JellyBean Marketing" offering innovative solutions for new and established businesses. Her particular expertise lies in the creation or redevelopment of brands and digital marketing. As the Group Marketing Manager for ODPC she was responsible for the rebranding of 14 venues and the creation of the brand for "The Duke" - Melbourne's newest (and oldest) pub. Her project management in the rebranding process was holistic. She was involved in every aspect from the "touch and feel" of the venue through to the development of logos, menus, functions collateral, entertainment direction and the creation of websites and social media assets. JellyBean Marketing will take this experience and create a service for clients that provides integrated marketing solutions across traditional platforms and the digital world.
