About JEM Music Group

Launched in 2015 by leading artist manager Colin Lester OBE, London based JEM Music Group represents a roster of internationally successful artists, songwriters and producers including Craig David – who has sold in excess of 15 million records to date. JEM Music Group also represent Craig David’s global pool party brand TS5 – Which is now in its 4th season of residency in Ibiza, adding to the list of global destinations TS5 regularly hosts parties. JEM Music Group also manages Britain’s Got Talent winners Attraction, a Hungarian theatre troupe with whom they are developing a number of entertainment concepts around the world. Colin has guided the careers of a wide range of artists for over three decades including, amongst others, The Brand New Heavies, Arctic Monkeys and Travis and in addition to his role as CEO/Chairman of JEM Entertainment Group he is an Honorary Doctorate recipient from Southampton Solent University where he is a regular lecturer. Colin was awarded the prestigious ‘The Peter Grant Award’ for outstanding achievement from the UK’s Music Managers Forum (MMF) in 2002, the Gold Badge Award’ by BASCA (The British Academy of Songwriters , Composers and Authors’) for his work with UK songwriters in 2007 and the ‘Artist Loyalty Award’ for his longstanding relationship with Craig David at the 2016 A&R awards.
