State-of-the-art custom seals for virtually any application! JEM Seal is a custom seal manufacturer for virtually every known industry. Manufacturing out of our state-of-the-art facility in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, our team of experts designs and manufactures seals from a wide variety of materials and specifications to ensure they are correct for your needs. In addition to this, we are also a full-service molder of rubber and cast polyurethane. More than half of our moldings involve bonding to metal or non-metallic stiffeners and inserts. Our molding presses range from 6" square to 36" square, and we employ open cast, centrifugal casting, compression, transfer, and injection molding techniques on parts ranging from a few grams to several hundred pounds. We have an entire stock of piston seals, rod seals, and wipers available to quickly and efficiently meet your needs. We are also a stocking distributor for Hallite Mining Seals, made exclusively for the underground mining industry.
