About Jen's Cafe
Whatever your passion may be, it couldn’t be more important to fuel your body with ingredients that will help you to live and perform to the best of your ability. As a mother and athlete, health and nutrition have always been a priority for Jen Ufland, our owner, founder, and chef. The roots of Jen's Cafe Bars were planted in 2010 when she began to experiment with different ingredients to create an energy bar that would satisfy both taste buds and particular nutritional needs. The result? Four flavors of gluten-free, sorghum cereal-based bars: almond butter, peanut butter, pumpkin seed butter, and chashew butter! Each unique flavor is composed of a delicious blend of a protein-rich nut or seed butter, nutritious chia seeds, a sprinkling of dried fruit, and rich organic dark chocolate. We have been careful to select ingredients that are organic, fair trade, and free of GMO’s so that you can truly feel good about what you are eating (and not just because of the taste!) We look forward to fueling your next adventure.
