JENGbA is a nationwide grassroots campaign founded in 2010 by Gloria Morrison and Janet Cunliffe to tackle the widely condemned common law doctrine of joint enterprise. Joint enterprise is a colloquial phrase to refer to the situation whereby one person is held liable for a criminal offence committed by another. JENGbA is run entirely by volunteers who are largely the relatives of people convicted of very serious offences by joint enterprise.
