Founded by Jess Ennis-Hill, Jennis is a women’s hormonal health platform, with the goal being to help women understand what’s happening hormonally. The Jennis app has two products: Jennis CycleMapping Daily movement and lifestyle recommendations mapped to the four phases of a woman’s menstrual cycle. Jennis Perimenopause Movement programmes and symptom-reduction tools, designed by leading experts in perimenopausal health.
