About JESCA Solutions

JESCA Solutions LLC is a small, specialized firm, founded in 2016 in Maryland (USA). In 2018, a Haitian subsidiary, JESCA Solutions Haiti SA was established in Haiti. We advise and support national and local governments, international development actors, and the private sector in their commitment to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through their investments in economic activities, infrastructure, and services in emerging markets. We intervene throughout the whole project life cycle from conception to implementation through our core and transversal practices and technical services. We aim at delivering solutions that make a tangible difference in the lives of the beneficiaries with strong environmental and social safeguards by: • Identifying, prioritizing, and assisting in the design and management of key infrastructure and services to support the SDGs • Identifying and leveraging available financial resources • Assessing the economic, social and environmental impacts of their activities • Designing and implementing mitigation measures and plans to offset the negative impacts while leveraging the benefits • Building stakeholder and beneficiaries coalitions and buy ins • Using data and an evidence-based approach to design, monitor and evaluate progress made toward identified quantifiable goals • Measuring impacts and results and timely reporting and communicating progress
