Employee welfare has never been more important - it's a key reason for talent attraction and retention. With the location of where the world works from likely to continue to change, it's vital that companies have a strategy for making sure employee needs are met. Jessie Eloise Yoga is built on a foundation of creating personal space, mental peace and physical love. I work with a number of clients (Allianz, QBE, Fujitsu) to build time into employees' days for them to relax, reset and approach work with a fresh mind. My range of products includes: - Chair Yoga: The cornerstone to my offering - this half an hour class is focussed on accessibility (no equipment needed) and gentle movement. - Mat Yoga: More in-depth Yoga sessions (45-60 mins) for those that want to build more physical strength and mental clarity. - Workshops: Longer 'retreat' style Yoga based over a few hours where we take our time on a particular theme. Often used by companies after work. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, all of my offerings are virtual. However, when the world opens up again I will be travelling into London several times a week to hold classes in person.
